Booking Policy

Online bookings are appointment requests. Don Hernandez Barbershop confirms all appointments by phone or text. A booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by the shop.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings requiring phone confirmation. To cancel or reschedule, call (626) 341-2941.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for a confirmed appointment without notice, your appointment will be marked as a no-show. After two consecutive no-shows, future online booking may be restricted and you may be asked to call the shop directly.

Payment

No payment is collected through this website. All payments are handled in person at the shop. Contact the shop for current pricing and accepted payment methods.

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcome when chairs are available. Booking online guarantees your time slot and avoids wait times.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the shop within 24 hours and we will make it right.

Limitation of Liability

Don Hernandez Barbershop is not liable for scheduling conflicts, third-party service failures (SMS, email), or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
